At Mobile Fringe Inc., the owners of Push a Deal, ("Mobile Fringe") we are committed to your privacy. All information that you provide to us, through the online registration form, sign-up forms, e-mail requests for further information, or through the provision of services, will be dealt with as provided for in this policy.

For the purposes of this policy, Personal Information means information about an identifiable individual that is recorded in any form, but does not include aggregated information that cannot be associated with a specific customer. Such information does not include that which is aggregated in such a manner that it cannot be connected to you and/or information which is publicly listed in a written or online directory or typically made available through directory assistance.

Personal information which may fall under the policy may include but is not limited to:

• Customer and user account information, including, but not limited to, name, address, telephone number, account number, equipment identifiers and Internet Protocol addresses;
• Location information of users;
• Technical support records;
• Call data records;
• Payment information;
• Special needs; and
• Any information that Mobile Fringe collects from you is intended to improve and personalize your service experience.

Mobile Fringe collects your Personal Information for the following purposes:

• to provide service(s) to our customers and users;
• to establish and maintain responsible commercial relations and to communicate with our customers and users in order to provide service. This includes, but is not limited to, communications relating to billing, collection, advertising, promotion and account verification;
• to respond to any correspondence you may direct to us;
• to understand potential customers needs and preferences;
• to meet legal and regulatory requirements; and
• provide you with information about Mobile Fringe, Push a Deal and our other products and services.

Location information will be retained only as long as necessary to provide the service to customers and users.

Unless required by law, Mobile Fringe shall not use or disclose Personal Information for any purpose other than those described above without first identifying and documenting the new purpose and obtaining your consent, where such consent may not reasonably be implied.

Mobile Fringe does not disclose your Personal Information to third parties, except as described herein. Mobile Fringe may disclose Personal Information to third party contractors and agents ("Affiliates") who are contracted by Mobile Fringe to assist it in providing and developing products and services. Such Affiliates will only use your Personal Information for the purposes identified above. In the event that you are a customer of Mobile Fringe, Mobile Fringe may also disclose Personal Information to your underlying mobile phone carrier for the purposes of billing and collection.

Only Mobile Fringe's and Affiliate's employees with a business need to know, or whose duties reasonably so require, are granted access to Personal Information about customers. All such employees will be required as a condition of employment to contractually respect the confidentiality of Personal Information.

Mobile Fringe will protect Personal Information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. The nature of the safeguards will vary depending on the sensitivity of the information that has been collected, the amount, distribution and format of the information, and the method of storage. Mobile Fringe operates computer networks that are protected by industry standard firewalls and password protection. Appropriate physical and managerial security is also in place, including but not limited to the execution by our employees of a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement as a standard practice of our hiring and employment.
